Keep 100 % Commissions
Have you ever wondered what that means? At Lakewood what you pay to your brokerage after three years experience is just the "transaction fee", per transaction. That is it ! Agents 0-3 plan are on commission. We do not charge anything else. The only other charge is to your clients at closing called an "administration fee". That is a fee all brokerages charge to buyers and sellers. That charge is on your clients settlement statements and is charged to them out of their closing fees, on the day of closing.
