After contacting us and obtaining approval, you are welcome to book your rental using the convenient payment options provided below. The booking process is quick and easy. Once booked, we will send you a guest agreement for your signature. The minimum age requirement for renting is 30 years old. Option (1) offers an 880 sq. ft. two-bedroom, one-bath accommodation that sleeps one. Option (2) features a 1550 sq. ft. two-bedroom, two-bath that sleeps two.

The delightful vintage cottage features two bedrooms, one with comfortable queen-size bed and a ROKU TV. Additionally, there is a spare room that can serve as storage or a workspace, complete with a high-quality queen size air mattress. There are two bathrooms available for Option (2) The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a small Roku TV. A cozy sitting room is available for relaxation. With option (2) there is an additional den with a Roku TV and a tranquil backyard oasis. A laundry room is also provided. Linens, towels, and essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are included to ensure a smooth start to your trip.
OPTION 1 : The 880 sq. ft. front portion of this premise is exclusively for our guests. Providing complete privacy. Rest assured, the premise is professionally managed and cleaned, ensuring a top-notch experience. Our property manager resides in the private back portion whenever they are in town, and separate entrances ensure privacy. The laundry room is in the managers private portion of premise. Property manager will unlock laundry room when guest need the facility. If you need any assistance during your stay our property manager is just a text away. Sleeps one. (30 day stay minimum).
OPTION 2: You will have 1550 sq. ft. two bedrooms , two full bathrooms , Including a private backyard oasis, dining room , den and laundry facility. Property manager does not reside in the back portion with option 2. If you need any assistance during your stay our property manager is just a text away. Sleeps two . (60 day stay minimum).
